Wednesday 18th October 18.30 - 20.30 at Arlene Peters Art, 26 Bellfield Street , Dundee. Join Jason and Phil at Arlene Peters Art Studio for an evening of Old School Theta® meditations. Come explore the Theta brainwave and let go of all that no longer serves <3 <3 <3 Meditations will be lead by Jason whilst Phil holds space for all <3 <3 <3 Investment £10 to be paid in cash on the night Reserve your space by following the booking link. Please bring a blanket, pillow, floor matt (yoga matt), water.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions All treatments will be carried out at my treatment room at R & R Holistic Therapies, based within our home in Saltcoats. All bookings are final and if cancelled no refund is offered. If cancelled with 24 hours’ notice you may transfer your booking to an alternative date. An email reminder will be sent out 24 hours before your appointment. All bookings can only be transferred once - if cancelled again (even with 24 hours’ notice) your booking is forfeited All treatments are for one person only. If you wish to transfer your treatment to someone else you must give 48 hours notice and this is at my discretion only.
